EXPAND your clinical experiences, your interest in international health career, and your leadership skills. The Leadership in Medicine for the Underserved Program is an exciting opportunity for MSU- CHM students offered by Synergy Medical Education Alliance and Michigan State University College of Human Medicine.

Your foundation of clinical medical knowledge will be attained at the Synergy Medical campus in Saginaw, Michigan – the medical center for the central and northern Lower Peninsula of Michigan.
Two months of clinical experiences in Valley of Peace, a village in Belize, Central America with a population of approximately 2,000.
The Saginaw Valley region offers a spectrum of clinical experiences, ranging from rural and urban to international.
The Saginaw Regional Medical Center services over 80,000 patients per year, offering and extensive variety of pathologies.
Formal academic programming in leadership, medical Spanish and public health.
Available to selected students from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine for their third and fourth year clinical years at Synergy Medical Education Alliance Saginaw Campus of MSU-CHM.
